DTDC is the main equipment for desolvation of wet meal and passivation of anti-nutritional factors in meal in extraction oil plant. Main features
- Unique breathable disc design, so that the mixed steam from the evaporation layer upward uniformly penetrate the material layer, and does not make the wet meal fall from the steam hole, mixed steam gas-phase temperature can be reduced to 7700 ℃, not only good desolvation effect, but also saves a lot of direct steam volume, reduce the condenser condensing load;
- The discharging of the evaporation layer adopts automatic control of the discharging valve, which ensures the constant level of the evaporation layer and sufficient time of desolvation, and separates the evaporation layer and the lower drying layer, avoiding the loss caused by the downward movement of a small amount of solvent gas in the production;
- The main shaft of the DTDC adopts a fixed shaft bearing to fix the upper shaft head and a push bearing to fix the lower shaft head. It avoids putting the weight of the big shaft and churn as well as the reaction force of material rotation down to the reducer, which will cause the reducer to be damaged, have a short service life and consume a lot of energy. The upper shaft head is fixed on the outside of the DTDC with a rolling bearing, so it is very easy to replace it once it is damaged;
- Automatic material door system, full rolling bearing design, flexible operation, long life, good positioning, effectively avoid solvent leakage.
- The wet trap on the upper part of the DTDC uses atomised nozzles to capture the maximum amount of fine meal powder in the mixture of gases discharged from the DTDC, which is conducive to the heat transfer effect of pre-evaporator, and avoids a series of problems caused by the meal powder further entering the solvent-water distribution tank from pre-evaporator;
- Adopt non-centre curved stirring knife in the design, which ensures that the materials can be turned fully.
